Delivery Guide
1.The freight will be provided after the parcel arrives at the warehouse in Malaysia. (Freight will be provided within 3-5 working days after the departure date.
2. According to the “air freight” standard algorithm, the freight collected is based on “actual weight” or “volume weight”, depending on which weight is higher. The volumetric weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/6000= volume.
3. Freight is calculated in 1KG per unit.
4. Parcel lost
A.-If the goods have been insured, the claim is for lost goods/parcels; (* to purchase insurance, complete information should be provided, including: photos of the packages, photos of the products, and proof of purchase)
B.If no insurance is purchased, the parcel is unfortunately lost in the process of transportation, the company will apply for compensation according to the lost parcel regulations
5. If the customer does not confirm the details of commodity transportation, please consult our overseas customer service first to confirm the correct channel of transportation. If the customer’s parcel in customs clearance leads to the loss or detention of the parcel, our company will not be responsible for it.
Note: flammable substances, corrosive substances, explosives, toxic gases, oxidizing substances, cigarettes, animals and plants, weapons, drugs, etc. cannot be transported.
*For some specific goods, it is necessary to determine whether they can be transported based on the transportation volume. In addition, the customer shall provide the product photo and inform the transportation volume in detail, so that the customer service can provide you with correct information.
