Cargo Insurance Service

In order to purchase the insurance of the cargo, customer need to provide the declared value of the product, the photos of the purchase receipt and the pictures of the actual goods. Then we can process with the insurance procedures for the customer.

 

Only 4 simple steps:

Confirm insurance service > Fill in order information > Upload purchase document > Complete

The insurance procedures are as follows:

1. Notification of Insurance purchase (purchase model of insurance)
After submitting the order, the customer can click “confirm purchase” then fill in and submit the complete order information. Our insurance department will assist customer process with the following step of purchasing insurance.

 

1.1 Tips for insurance purchase (Warm reminder of tips for purchasing Cargo Insurance)
If the declared price of the goods is $100(USD) or above,

The MYPOZ order system will automatically pop up a warm reminder tips to remind customers purchase an insurance for cargo,

The customer just need to clicks to confirm the purchase, and fills in then submits the complete order information
(please refer to the picture below).

Note: the parcel information and order generation should be submitted within 7 days after the goods arrive at the warehouse. If the goods exceed the expiry date, the insurance orders will not be accepted


 

 

1.2 Customers can also choose an insurance services from the additional services list

If the declared price of goods is less than USD 100,

And the customer wants to purchase a cargo insurance, the customer only needs to click on the insurance service in the additional service,

Then fill in and submit the complete order information (please refer to the picture below).

 

 

2.0 Upload purchase documents

When the customer submits an order, he simply “clicks upload purchase order” in the “order information – operation” of the order information.

Please upload the screenshot of your purchase order (please refer to the picture steps below).

Customers need to “click upload purchase order” and upload the purchase order screenshot.

 

 

2.2 Purchase order screenshot

Customers should provide a complete screenshot of the bill and upload to the system, also with the detail of product name, product photo, price per item, quantity and actual payment price.

 

 

2.3 Pictures of the packaging

Pre-shipment photo [Request with the seller for a picture of the package after the goods are packed]

3.0 Document Verification

 

 

** please do not click on the order payment or do not select automatic payment before you confirm the insurance

Note: the parcel information and order generation should be submitted within 7 days after the goods arrive at the warehouse.
If the goods exceed the expiry date, the orders will not be accepted

Our customer service will go on of the verification of the application of insurance documents.

If the customer supporting information is insufficient, the customer service will take the initiative to contact the customer for more information.

If the customer provides complete supporting information, the customer service will directly purchasing insurance for the customer’s cargo and charge the policy fee.

4.0 Warm Reminder

Customers are required to verify and ensure that complete information is submitted to avoid service charges.
